I started to see Dr. Asha when I was feeling the edge of mistrust because of my post-divorce issues. After the death of my father, I realized I needed help as I was feeling more vulnerable and extremely defensive. My sessions with Asha, helped me a lot to open up my heart because of her warmness, listening, and patience which I had never done before. Her reasonings will always help me in difficult situations.

I contacted Asha after I felt my reactions to small irritations were getting out of hand, particularly in my relationship with my husband. I was anxious, angry and upset a lot of the time which was unlike anything I'd experienced before. I saw Asha for a number of sessions and began to understand why I was reacting the way I was. This understanding was half the battle, and was incredibly revealing. I learned not to let my hurt feelings turn to anger and frustration, and to deal with them in a different way.
